Let's say you are interested in an item that is listed on the For Sale Board and you want to send a message to the Seller. There are 2 ways to do this. First, you can enter your message in the Quick Reply area just below the item. This message will get to the Seller and it will be posted on the Board.
Alternatively you could send a private message to the Seller. To do this, locate the Quote box in the upper right hand corner of the thread and click on the down arrow. A Drop Down list will appear. Move your cursor to the Member item in the list and another small window will appear. Click on the Send Message option and a large Create Message window will open. Enter the Subject of your message. The Recipients name should already be there. If you want an additional Member to get the message you can enter their name in the blank User box. Otherwise ignore it. In the text area under Font Face enter your message and click on Create Message in the lower right hand corner of the window. Your private message will be sent and will only be seen by the Recipient.
