MFJ-1020C Active Antenna provides amplified reception of broadcast, short wave, or amateur radio signals from 300Khz to 40Mhz. It can be used with the supplied telescoping antenna or with an external wire antenna. This device provides gain, selectivity and better reception at home, or as a portable unit in the field. If you're using an indoor antenna to receive or your receiver is lacking a bit in sensitivity, the MFJ-1020C will provide a substantial increase in signal strength.
